من أفسد علينا مناحي الحياة حتى ضاقت ولم نعد نقوى على العيش فيها كماكانت من قبل حين تفسد هنا فلاشك ان هناك منفذ يتيح لنا فسحة الأمل تبقينا متشبتين بالمستقبل .يبدو ان الحكومة مصرة على استفزازنا بشتى الوسائل. تستدعي في كل مرة حدثا خارج النص ببلادة او بنية مسبقة مادام أغلب كفاءاتها تتماهى مع توجهات فرانكفونية خارج رقعة الوطن وبتمويل من المال العمومي الذي اصابته سفاهة قل نظيرها.تفرض علينا غصبا ان نجلس القرفصاء لنستمع ل (طوطو)مادام وزير الثقافة قد اختار لناان نطبع مع فن بين معقوفتين يبني أحلامه ونجوميته على ألفاظ يرفض الرأي العام سماعها سواء في الشارع العام او داخل الاسر تحت مبرر ترجمته لمعاناة فئة مجتمعية بدون ماكياج ولاروتوشات وهنا لابد ان أعرج على تدوينة للأستاذ السوسيولوجي سعيد بنيس الذي قال ذات مرة (لا يجذب المغني « طوطو » الشباب والمراهقين واليافعين والأطفال فقط بل كذلك آباءهم وأمهاتهم وأولياء أمورهم الذين ينتظرونهم بعيدا عن المنصة أو داخل سياراتهم.) اتفق معكم ان الشباب يساير عصره او ربما سلوكاته بتعبير رافض لوضعية لايقبل ان يكون فيها نسخة متكررة للجيل السابق لأن السياق الزمني الذي يعيشونه محكوم بضوابط ومؤشرات ليست هي بالضرورة تلك التي عشناهانحن لكن ليس معنى هذا ان ننقلب على كل الرصيد الذي يحفظ هويتنا وقيمنا.ليس بالضرورة حين نريد رفض الواقع ومناهضته ان نستبيح كل شيء فربما باتخاذنا هذه الوسائل وتلك الطريقة نخسر محيط نحن في امس الحاجة اليه.لكن بالمقابل علينا دراسة هذه الصورة بكل تجلياتها لنتمكن من استيعاب الجانب الإيجابي فيها ورفض او تصويب الجانب السلبي لانريد خلق هوامش رافضة ولربما حاقدة على توجه معين .
اترك هذه الدراسة لأهل الإختصاص.فالأكيد اننا نعيش مسارا آخر لايحتاج لمدارسته بأدوات لا تناسبه حتى لانفسد المؤشرات و النتائج معا .هل يملك وزير الثقافة إمكانات علمية ومعرفية مستوعبة للخصوصية المغربية حتى يحسن إختيار التأطير المناسب ؟ جرت العادة ان وزراء الثقافة على مر التدبير الحكومي تكون بروفيلاتهم غنية تعضد وتساند التخصص .إنهم نخبة المجتمع واحسن ما أنجبت الأحزاب. عكس ما اصبحنا نرى الآن ،فحين نبحث في السيرة الذاتية للوزير نجده رجل أعمال مزدوج الجنسية لاعلاقة له بالثقافة لامن قريب ولامن بعيد .فتساءلت مع نفسي ماالسر في اختياره مادام صاحبنا ليس مثقفا له رؤية وتصور للمشهد الثقافي؟ وجدت أن مبررات الوجود لاعلاقة لها بالكفاءة وحسن التدبير وإنما هو الولاء والطاعة أكثر من أي شيء آخر .ومادمنا نعيش مع حكومة الكفاءات التي بدت فاقدة لهويتها وشرعيتها ليس الإنتخابية فقط بل الإنجاز أيضا . مادامت الإنتظارات كبيرة و لربما تفاءل البعض منا اكثر من اللازم بدعوى ان الذين غادروا مركز القرار ساهموا في احباطنا لمستوى لم نكن نتوقعه فرفعنا السقف عاليا لدرجة لم نخضعه لمنطق ولا لقانون .صرنا نحلم اننا سنفوق فرنسا وبلاد الجوار .وسننعم برغد العيش مع حكومة يقودها تاجر يفكر في ربحه الشخصي اكثر مما يفكر في ربح الآخرين غابت عنه وفريقه تلك اللمسة الحنونة التي تعيد جميع الغاضبين إلى حضن الوطن.رحم الله أبي كانت قولته المشهورة بليغة تستمد قوتها من تجربته »وقتما درت حساب كبير دير حداه واحد صغير ربما هذا الأخير هو لي يصدق » وهذا مالم نفعله نحن لأننا كما قلت بالغنا في درجة التفاؤل .
