طرد عامل نظافة يؤجج الوضع في صفوف زملائه ويتوعدون الشركة بوقفة احتجاجية يوم غد الجمعة

قرر عمال وعاملات النظافة المنضوين تحت لواء نقابة الاتحاد المغربي للشغل فرع مراكش، تنظيم يوم غد الجمعة ثامن عشر مارس الجاري، وقفة احتجاجية أمام المقر الإداري لإحدى شركات النظافة التي أقدمت مؤخرا على طرد عامل نظافة بسبب ما وصفته بـ »التضييق على ممارسة الحق النقابي. »
وحسب مقرر الفصل المتوصل بنسخة منه، والذي وجهته الشركة الى أحد عمالها المطرودين، أكدت فيه أن عامل النظافة ارتكب خطأ جسيما بعد اقدامه على نشر تسجيل صوتي في صفوف زملائه داخل الشركة، وهو ما اعتبرته الشركة تحريضا ضدها، الأمر الذي انتهى الى طرده.
غير أن نقابة الاتحاد المغربي للشغل فرع مراكش، ترى أن هذا الاجراء الذي اتخذته الشركة ضد مستخدمها يدخل في اٍطار التضييق على العمال في ممارسة حقهم النقابي والذي يعد مكفولا بموجب القوانين، لاسيما الوثيقة الرسمية الدستورية.
والى ذلك، فقد دعت النقابة الى وقفة احتجاجية أمام مقر الشركة للتنديد بطرد عامل نظافة وممارسة التضييق على باقي العمال بعد استصدار مذكرة اٍدراية تعبرها ذات الهيئة تضييقا ومنعهم من حرية التعبير والرأي.
