رئيس “الكاف” يُنهي جدل تأجيل بطولة كأس إفريقيا بالكاميرون

أكد رئيس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية لكرة القدم “الكاف”، باتريس موتسيبي، يوم الاثنين في ياوندي، أن الدورة الـ33 لكأس الأمم الإفريقية “الكان” ستقام في موعدها المقرر في الفترة من 9 يناير إلى 6 فبراير 2022، منهيا الجدل حول إمكانية التأجيل بسبب تداعيات وباء كوفيد 19.
وقال رئيس « الكاف » “سأكون في الكاميرون يوم 7 يناير لحضور كأس إفريقيا للأمم التي تبدأ في 9 يناير”. كما قدم دعوته للدول المشاركة بوضع الثقة في البلد المنظم والكونفدرالية الإفريقية لكرة القدم، مضيفا أن الكان لحظة مهمة للكاميرونيين ولجميع الأفارقة، و“علينا أن نؤمن بانفسنا وبقدراتنا”.
