ألم ينتبه الوالي شوراق إلى الحالة المتدهورة لجماعة الأوداية؟

ما تزال جماعة الأوداية تعيش نفس الأوضاع الكارثية التي تراكمت منذ سنوات، لتعيش في كنفها الساكنة منذ عقود، في ظل فشل المجالس المنتخبة المتعاقبة في انهاء المشاكل، وانزال الوعود المقدمة خلال الحملات الانتخابية على أرض الواقع.
وتعيش البنية التحتية لجماعة الأوداية وضعية مهترئة للغاية، حيث تفتقد الأزقة للتبليط والشوارع لإعادة التهيئة، دون أن يكلف المجلس الجماعي نفسه من أجل وضع برنامج يهدف إلى إعادة هيكلة الطرقات، في الوقت الذي تعتبر فيه الجماعة المذكورة من بين أغنى الجماعات على مستوى عمالة مراكش.
كما تفتقد الأوداية إلى فضاءات ترفيهية للشابات والشباب، إضافة إلى باقي الفئات العمرية، حيث لا تتوفر على أي مكتبة او دار للشباب وملاعب للقرب، ما يسائل المنتخبين المتعاقبين على المجلس حول المبادرات التي قاموا بها خلال فترة تدبيرهم للشأن المحلي، وكذا المكتب الحالي، الذي لم يبادر منذ انتخابه في اطلاق مشاريع تنموية للنهوض بالمنطقة، كما سبق وأن وعد بذلك خلال الحملات الانتخابية.
وتشتكي ساكنة لوداية منذ مدة طويلة من الاهمال الذي يطال المنطقة، وكذا التجاوزات المسجلة من طرف الجهات المسؤولة، لكن صرخاتها لم تجد آذانا صاغية.
ويذكر أن والي الجهة فريد شوراق، قد زار جماعة لوداية الاسبوع الماضي، حيت عاين الوضعية المهترئة للبنية التحتية، دون ان يلفت انتباهه ذلك، فهل يتدخل لممارسة مهامه المتمثلة في مراقبة عمل المجلس الجماعي، وكذا ايفاد لجنة للوقوف عند معاناة الساكنة والتجاوزات العديدة.

to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
