أساتذة التعاقد بجهة مراكش يعلنون عن إضراب جهوي يوم غد الخميس

أعلنت « التنسيقية الوطنية للأساتذة الذين فرض عليهم التعاقد »بجهة مراكش عزمها خوض إضراب جهوي يوم غد الخميس 17 فبراير، وذلك استنكارا لتأخير في صرف المستحقات المالية من طرف الأكاديمية الجهوية لمهن التربية والتكوين لجهة مراكش-آسفي، مهددة بالتصعيد في حال عدم الاستجابة لمطلبها.
كما جددت التنسيقية في بلاغ لها أصدرته رفضها لما وصفتها بـ »التكليفات المجحفة » التي طالت مجموعة من أطر الدعم، ورفض المهام المسندة لهؤلاء الأطر خارج المهام المنصوص عليها في المقرر الوزاري ما لم يتم التعويض عنها،معلنة أيضا عن مقاطعة المداومة أثناء العطل دون تعويض.
كما طالبت التنسيقية في ذات البلاغ بتقليص عدد ساعات العمل إلى 24 ساعة في الأسبوع بدل 38، والحق في تغيير الإطار والترقي خارج السلم، وجددت دعوتها إلى إدماج أساتذة التعاقد في أسلاك الوظيفة العمومية.
