ورشات تكوينية لجمعيات أولياء التلاميذ بمراكش

تحت شعار « معا من أجل جمعيات شريكة وفاعلة في الشأن التربوي »، نظم المكتب الإقليمي مراكش للرابطة الجهوية جمعيات أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلاميذ بجهة مراكش آسفي ورشات تكوينية لفائدة جمعيات أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلاميذ يومي السبت والأحد 04/05 يناير 2020 بشراكة مع المجلس الجماعي مراكش بمقر دار الجمعيات والمبادرات.
وتهدف هذه الورشات التكوينية حسب بلاغ الرابطة إلى تقوية قدرات أعضاء جمعيات أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلاميذ، وذلك بتزويدهم بالمعارف والآليات التي تمكنهم من لعب دور دينامي في الشأن التربوي، وكذا الترافع من أجل حياة مدرسية ذات جودة، على أن تعمل الجمعيات التي شاركت في نقل المعارف المكتسبة خلال الدورات التكوينية إلى باقي أعضاء المكتب في شكل أنشطة للتوعية وورشات تكوينية، كما يتوخى إعداد جمعيات فاعلة وشريكة في الإصلاح وقادرة على النهوض بالمدرسة وبالمنظومة التربوية بصفة عامة.
وقد مكنت هذه الورشات المستفيدين من معرفة نظرية وتطبيقية لواقع جمعيات أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلاميذ من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية، وكذا الاطلاع على الوعاء القانوني لها وأدوارها للنهوض بالشأن المدرسي وتقنيات التدبير الإداري، والمالي، والتواصل، وبناء المشاريع، والترافع، مما من شأنه أن يساعد أعضاء هذه الجمعيات على تطوير أدائها التنظيمي والارتقاء بدورهم التاريخي في المساهمة في الإصلاح المنشود.
هذا ويعد التكوين بأنواعه المختلفة من مقومات العمل الجمعوي الجاد والراشد حيث يتم إعداد وتأهيل الفاعلين الجمعويين للمشاركة في تسيير الجمعية بكفاءة عالية يكون مردودها إضافة نوعية على المدرسة المغربية ، كما يشكل التكوين مطلبا حيويا بالنسبة للجمعيات لأنه يساهم في مدهم بمجموعة من المعارف والمهارات والتقنيات والسلوكيات الجديدة التي تؤدي إلى تغييرات في أدائهم الجمعوي ليس فقط داخل المؤسسة التعليمية بل أيضا خارجها.
