وقال أمدجار أن هذه اللحظة ستبقى مسجلة في تاريخ مديرية الاتصال، لأنها « لحظة تؤرخ لمرحلة فارقة، كما أنها لحظة تتويج لمسار رجل استثنائي بكل المقاييس ».
وضمت كلمة امدجار عبارات مؤثرة استهلها ب?داب مدح الأشخاص، قائلا « وإذا كان مدح الأشخاص وذكر مناقبهم ، قد غدا اليوم ، أمرا يجافيه البعض، بل يعتبره عرضا من أعراض ثقافة « ماضوية »، لا تتماشى البتة مع » القيم » الجديدة لمجتمع اليوم ، فإن هناك أشخاصا يفرضون عليك احترامهم، فلا تجد حرجاً في أن تقول فيهم كلمة حق.. ووقفة إنصاف يستحقونها ،
والاستاذ عبدالاله التهاني ، من طينة هؤلاء الذين يجعلونك لا تتردد، ولو للحظة واحدة، في التعبير بكل عفوية وصدق عن التقدير ، وعن الشكر والامتنان لهذا الرجل، ذي الشخصية الفذة، والشكر لما قدمه منذ أن ولج ذات يوم قبل 16 سنة هذه الوزارة كمكلف بالدراسات بالكتابة العامة ».
ونيابة عن بقية زملائه قال امدجار أنه من حسن حظهم عايشوا التهاني عن قرب، واصطحبوه في مرحلة مهمة من مراحل حياته المهنية، مضيفا « ولن يكون الأمر مبالغا ، إذا قلت بأن كل واحد منا، كأطر وموظفين بمختلف مراتبهم، قد حظي بشرف التعامل المباشر مع الاستاذ عبد الإله والاقتراب منه، وهو ما يجعل هذه الشهادة التي اقدمها اليوم، نيابة عن زملائي في المديرية، شهادة غير مكتملة حتى لا أقول بأنها موصومة بالنقصان ….. ».
