تعيش منطقة بني عامر بإقليم قلعة السراغنة في الأيام الأخيرة على وقع حالة من الاحتقان، بسبب اعتقال أب وابنه لرفضهما السماح للسلطات المحلية بفتح طريق بأرضهم.
وعودة إلى تفاصيل الواقعة، فقد جرى اعتقال الأب وابنه يوم الأربعاء الماضي، بعد نشوب عراك بينهما وبين قائد قيادة ولاد بوعلي الواد، الذي قدم مصحوبا بعناصر القوات المساعدة وأعوان السلطة، لإعطاء انطلاق مشروع فتح طريق بأرض تابعة للأب، وهو ما رفضه الأخير الذي يتوفر على حكم قضائي من محكمة الاستئناف نتوفر على نسخة منه، يفيد بان المسلك الطرقي لا يشمل أرضه، حيث استشاط الأخير وابنه غضبا على القائد، ما دفع الأخير إلى استدعاء عناصر الدرك الملكي، الذين قاموا باعتقال الشخصين ووضعهما رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية، قبل أن يتم إطلاق سراح الأب بأمر من النيابة العامة الجمعة الماضية، فيما تم متابعة نجله في حالة اعتقال.
