اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة.. الأسباب والنصائح
تنتاب كثير من النساء مشاعر مختلطة بعد الولادة، لكن في مجملها تصب بمشاعر السعادة والفرح، خصوصا إذا خرجت الأم والطفل الوليد بسلام.
غير أن بعض النساء يعانين من مشاعر الحزن بعد الولادة، بدلا من السعادة، وقد تتطور حالتهن ليدخلن فيما بات يعرف بـ"اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة"، ولكن ما أسباب هذه الحالة وكيف يمكن مواجهتها؟
يوضح طبيب أمراض النساء الألماني كريستيان ألبرينغ أن السبب يكمن في انخفاض إنتاج هرمون الاستروجين في الجسم بشكل مفاجئ بعد الولادة، بحسب ما ذكرت وكالة الأنباء الألمانية "دي بي إيه".
ويضيف ألبرينغ أن انخفاض إنتاج الاستروجين في الجسم يؤدي إلى الشعور بالحزن والكآبة والعصبية وسرعة الاستثارة وعدم الرغبة في التحدث بشأن الولادة.
ويقول ألبرينغ إن هناك أسبابا عدة لاكتئاب ما بعد الولادة، إذ قد يرجع سبب ذلك إلى مسار عملية الولادة المحفوف بالصعوبات، أو الخوف من تحمل المسؤولية.
ويشدد طبيب أمراض النساء على ضرورة عدم الاستهانة بمرض "اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة"، نظرا لأنه قد يؤثر بالسلب على عملية الرضاعة وعلى علاقة الأم بطفلها وعلى التخطيط المستقبلي للأسرة.
وينصح ألبرينغ العائلات التي تواجه مثل هذا النوع من الأمراض بضرورة تقديم الدعم النفسي، خصوصا من جانب الزوج لزوجته، مع ضرورة الحصول على استشارة طبيب نفسي لعلاج الاكتئاب.
