إدموسى يسائل الوزيرة بوشارب حول أسباب تعثر تصاميم التهيئة

وجه النائب البرلماني محمد إدموسى عن الفريق الاستقلالي خلال جلسة الاسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين بمجلس النواب سؤالا شفويا، إلى الوزيرة المكلفة بإعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة، وذلك حول تعثر تصاميم التهيئة.
وقال إدموسى، أن مسار إخراج تصاميم التهيئة الى حيز الوجود يعرف تعثرا كبيرا، مما يتسبب في شلل القطاع بمجموعة من المدن، وينعكس بشكل سلبي على مستوى التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعمرانية والسياسة.
وأضاف إدموسى على أن هناك مشكل يتمثل في تداخل مجموعة من القطاعات في هذا المجال، مما يساهم في تعثر إصدار تلك التصاميم، وهو ما جعله يسائل الوزيرة عن الاسباب الحقيقية وراء ذاك التعثر وعن الزمن الذي سيتم فيه الافراج عن تلك التصاميم.
ومن جهتها أكدت الوزيرة نزهة بوشارب، أن هناك مجهودات كبيرة تبذلها الوزارة المعنية من أجل تعميم التغطية الترابية بوثائق التعمير، مشيرة إلى أنها بلغت نسبة مهمة، بمعدل 98 في المائة بالنسبة للمجالات الحضرية، وازيد من 80 في المجالات بالنسبة للجماعات القروية.
وفي نفس السياق، أشارت الوزيرة إلى أن البرنامج الحكومي وضع هدفا أساسيا يتعلق بتحديد 600 وثيقة خلال الفترة ما بين 2017 2021، بالإضافة إلى وضع عقود برامج جهوية من المؤسسات التابعة للوزارة، وكذا وضع آليات للتتبع، الرفع من الميزانية المخصصة لاعداد الوثائق (150 مليون درهم سنويا)، والرفع من عدد الوثائق المصادق عليها..
