المهاجري يطالب الوزير اعمارة بإيجاد حل لمستعملي الدراجات الثلاثية العجلات

الدراجات الثلاثية العجلات ومعاناة مستعمليها الذين لم يجدوا حلا غيرها من أجل التخلص من شبح البطالة، كان مشكلا تناوله المستشار البرلماني عبد الإله المهاجري أثناء توجيهه لسؤال شفوي إلى وزير التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك والماء خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية التي انعقدت امس الثلاثاء بمجلس المستشارين.
وقال المهاجري، على أنه في السنوات الأخيرة انتشر استعمال الدراجات الثلاثية العجلات بشكل كبير في مختلف المدن المغربية، حيث باتت تستعمل في العديد من المجالات كنقل البضائع، وبيع الخضر في الأسواق، بل حتى في نقل الأشخاص وغيرها من الأنشطة المتنوعة، الأمر الذي يخلق نوعا من الفوضى ويهدد سلامة المواطنين.
وطالب المهاجري الوزارة المعنية بالكشف عن الإجراءات المتخذة لتقنين استعمال الدراجات الثلاثية العجلات، خصوصا أن نقل الأشخاص بواسطة هذه الدراجات مخالف لمدونة السير، مبرزا أن أصحاب هذه الدراجات باتوا يشكلون خطرا على الطرقات حتى أن أصبحوا يلقبون ب “الاَلات القاتلة”، داعيا الحكومة إلى وقف استيراد هذه الدراجات ومحاولة إيجاد بديل للأسر التي توفر قوتها من استعمالها، عوض ترك الأمر على ما هو عليه، وخاصة أن العديد من الشبان باتوا في حيرة من أمرهم بعدما صار استعمالهم لتلك الدراجات من أجل كسب قوتهم اليومي في تنقيل الأشخاص يتعارض والقانون.
ومن جهته أكد الوزير اعمارة على أهمية الدراجات الثلاثية في مساعدة الشباب وغيرهم في الحياة اليومية من خلال تسخيرهم لتلك الوسائل في تنقيل البضائع وغيرها، ولكن في المقابل أشار الوزير الى ان هناك بعض المواطنين لا يحترمون القانون ويعتقدون ان هذا النوع من وسائل النقل غير معني بمدونة السير، في حين أنها تتسبب في أكبر نسبة من حوادث السير المميتة، وبالتالي لا بد من تطبيق القانون في حقها.
