الدورة الثامنة من المهرجان العربي للسرد القصير بالصويرة . وحسب بلاغ صحفي، فقد مرت ثماني سنوات على حلم تحقق، حلم يجعل من الصويرة قبلة لعشاق السرد القصير حتى تكتمل دائرة الإبداع والفنون بعاصمة النوارس.
