عاجل : المحكمة تدين الصحفية هاجر الريسوني بسنة نافذة

قضت المحكمة الابتدائية بالرباط قبل قليل، بالسجن النافذ مدته سنة في حق الزميلة الصحفية هاجر الريسوني، وأدانتها بتهمة الفساد وقبول الإجهاض من الغير.
القاضي المكلف بالملف، أعلن أيضا وسط متابعة حقوقية وإعلامية وطنية ودولية، عن إدانة خطيب هاجر، الحقوقي رفعت الأمين، بالسجن النافذ مدته سنة من أجل الفساد والمشاركة في الإجهاض.
كما قضت المحكمة بالسجن النافذ سنتين للطبيب محمد جمال بلقزيز، وغرامة 500 درهم وأدانته من أجل الإجهاض والاعتياد على ممارسة الإجهاض.
