مطالب بتدخل الحكومة للحد من فوضى مواقف السيارات
طالبت الجامعة الوطنية لجمعيات المستهلك بضرورة تدخل الحكومة من أجل وضع حد لفوضى المواقف العمومية بالمدن الكبرى، وذلك على اثر تزايد شكايات المواطنين خاصة في فصل الصيف من سلوكات بعض الحراس المحسوبين على مواقف السيارات بفرض تسعيرات مرتفعة في غالب الأحيان غير قانونية وابتزاز المواطنين.
وأوضحت الجامعة، في بلاغ لها، أن هذا الوضع يجعل المواطن الحلقة الأضعف أمام غطرسة وهيمنة أصحاب هذه المواقف غير المنظمة، وفي ظل غياب أي إطار قانون منظم للمهنة يجد المستهلك نفسه ملزما بأداء إتاوات مقابل ركن العربات بأثمنة مرتفعة ومبالغ فيها تفرض عليه من طرف حراس السيارات تحت الضغط والتهديد أحيانا.
وطالبت الجامعة الحكومة بـضرورة وضع إطار قانوني ينظم الميدان ويضمن حقوق المستهلك، منددة بتسيب بعض الحراس واستفزازهم لأصحاب السيارات بوضع تعريفة غير قانونية في كثير من الأحيان، كما طالبت بحماية أصحاب السيارات من بعض الاعتداءات التي تطالهم من بعض الحراس غير المنضبطين للقوانين.
