لجنة ولائية تدخل رئيس جماعة تسلطانت في حرب مع السلطات المحلية
وجه رئيس المجلس الجماعي لتسلطات إلى كريم قسي لحلو والي جهة مراكش أسفي، شكاية يندد من خلالها بتأخر أشغال إعادة هيكلة دوار سيدي موسى بتسلطانت، وذلك بسبب رجل سلطة.
وحسب منطوق الشكاية، فإن عبد العزيز الدرويش يعزي سبب عرقلة المشروع إلى السلطات المحلية والتي لم تقم بمواكبة الأمر ، حيث يتغيب وباستمرار المسؤول الأول في هذا الجهاز بالمنطقة عن الاجتماعات التي تنظمها الشركة المشار إليها أعلاه.
وطلب الدرويش من والي جهة مراكش أسفي، حسب الشكاية التي نتوفر على نسخة منها التدخل من أجل حث ذاك المسؤول لحضور اجتماعات شركة العمران، ومواكبة أشغال إعادة الهيكلة، وخاصة بعد أن تم تعيينه رئيسا للجنة المشرفة على ذاك المشروع بمقتضى قرار عاملي.
الشكاية التي تقدم بها رئيس جماعة تسلطانت ضد الممثل الأول للسلطة بالمنطقة، جعلت الكثيرين من متتبعي الشأن المحلي لهاته الجماعة المتاخمة لمدينة مراكش، يتساءلون عن سببها، إذ تعد الأولى من نوعها، وليست بالشيء العادي، وخاصة أنها تكرس لنزاع بين جهازين كانا ولسنوات "سمن على عسل" بجماعة تعد أغنى الجماعات بعمالة مراكش.
وحسب مصادر خاصة لموقع مراكش 7، فإن السبب وراء فضح الممثل الأول للسلطة بتسلطانت، يتعلق باللجنة الولائية التي حلت مؤخرا بالجماعة من أجل التقصي حول خروقات البناء العشوائي بالمنطقة، والتي وبدون سابق إنذار قامت بزيارة مفاجئة لمنزل قريب لرئيس الجماعة، وذلك لتوصلها بمعطيات تفيد أن صاحب المنزل يقوم بإصلاحات غير قانونية، لكنها لم تقف على شيء من هذا القبيل، مما جعل الرئيس يستشيط غضبا من ممثلي السلطة بتسلطانت، وذلك لعدم إخباره مسبقا بحلولها وقيامها بتلك الزيارة، مما أدخل الاثنين في حرب قد ترفع الستار عن الكثير من الفضائح والخروقات.
