وجه عمدة مدينة مراكش النائب البرلماني محمد العربي بلقايد عن فريق العدالة والتنمية خلال جلسة الاسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين بمجلس النواب، سؤالا شفويا الى وزير إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والاسكان وسياسة المدينة، وذلك حول تقييم البرامج الاجتماعية لقطاع الاسكان.
وقال محمد العربي بلقايد، على أن الحكومة أطلقت منذ مدة مشاريع ذات طابع اجتماعي في مجال السكن، حيث خصصته للفئات الهشة وذات الدخل المحدود والمتوسط.
وأمام ذلك ساءل بلقايد الوزير حول تقييم الحكومة لتلك البرامج والمبالغ التي تم رصدها لها، وكذا عن أثر هاته البرامج في معالجة اشكالية السكن للفئات المخصص لها هذا النوع من البرامج.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن برنامج السكن الاجتماعي لم يحقق الاهداف المرجوة منه، وذلك كما جاء في تعقيب حول نفس الموضوع، وخاصة أن الفئات المخصص لها لم تستفد منه بالشكل المطلوب مقابل استفادة أشخاص آخرين هم في غنى عن هذا النوع من البرامج.
