في سؤال موجه إلى وزير التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك والماء خلال جلسة الاسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين بمجلس النواب، قال النائب البرلماني عبد الغني جناح عن الفريق الاستقلالي (دائرة شيشاوة)، على أن ساكنة بعض المناطق تعيش مفارقة خطيرة، وذلك بسبب وجود سدود كبرى صرفت من أجلها اموال ضخمة من أجل تزويد الساكنة بالماء الشروب وضمان السقي وانعاش الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والمحلية بها، ولكن دون أن تستغل تلك السدود بالشكل الامثل.
وأدرج جناح في هذا الباب، نموذج سد الوحدة وكذا كل من سد محمد الخامس وابو العباس السبتي بإقليم شيشاوة الذي تحيطه به 5 جماعات قروية (مجاط، فروكة، لمزوضة، الزاوية النحلية، ادويران) باتت تعاني من ازمة حقيقية في الماء الشروب، اضافة الى مشكل السقي، وذلك لكونها تعتمد في حياتها على القطاع الفلاحي.
وأضاف جناح، على أن الحكومة عجزت عن تحقيق التوازن ما بين مطلب الماء الشروب وضمان السقي، بل ودون أن تبرمج ذلك ضمن مشاريعها، وخاصة أن الجماعات المشار إليها أعلاه صار من الصعب عليها الاستفادة من الماء الشروب.
وطالب جناح من الحكومة، أن تبقي على حصة 4 مليون متر مكعب التي خصصتها الدراسة الاولية لتزويد شيشاوة وجماعة سيدي المختار ومدينة امنتانوت بالماء الصالح للشرب والرفع من حصة السقي، وذلك بالنظر الى كونها الركيزة الاساسية للنظام المعيشي للساكنة.
