حي اسبتيين تحت الأنقاض.. فهل يتحرك الوالي لحلو أخيرا ؟
استفاق سكان درب الجديد بحي اسبتيين، صباح يومه الخميس، على وقع انهيار جدران أحد المنازل القديمة، مما خلف حالة من الخوف والهلع في نفوس السكان.
وفي اتصال هاتفي مع رئيس جمعية اسبتيين للتنمية والمساعدة الاجتماعية، أوضح لموقع "مراكش 7" أنه في حدود الساعة الرابعة صباحا من يومه الخميس تعرض المنزل رقم 68 بدرب الجديد لسقوط جدرانه الخارجية، مؤكدا أن سكان المنزل تقدموا بشكاية حول الوضعية المهترئة للبناية منذ سنة 2012، لكنهم لم يتلقوا أي رد من طرف مكتب الدراسات المكلف بتصنيف الدور الآيلة للسقوط.
متحدثنا أفاد أيضا أن الجمعية راسلت والي الجهة في أكثر من مناسبة، بصفته رئيس اللجنة الاقليمية المكلفة بتحديد المناطق المعنية الآيلة بالسقوط وعمليات التجديد الحضري، ويملك موقعنا نسخة من آخر شكاية موجهة للوالي للحلو بتاريخ 05 مارس من هذه السنة، الا أن هرم السلطة بالمدينة الحمراء يمارس سياسة الأذان الصماء، كما تقول الجمعية.
وللاشارة فان حي اسبتيين لوحده يضم أزيد من 100 منزل آيل للسقوط، والى حدود الساعة فان اجراءات التدخل من طرف السلطات لحل هذا المشكل تبقى بطيئة جدا، بدعوى عدم الاختصاص، وهو ما ينذر بكارثة قد لا تحمد عقباها.
