استقبل رئيس مجلس النواب، الحبيب المالكي، أمس الأربعاء، بمقر المجلس، وفدا من رواد الفنون الدرامية بالمغرب، وذلك ضمن مبادرة "نزاهة الرواد" من تنظيم النقابة المغربية لمهني الفنون الدرامية.
وأفاد بلاغ صادر عن مجلس النواب، توصلت "مراكش الإخبارية" بنسخة منه، أنه خلال هذا اللقاء الذي حضره حوالي 50 فنانا من مختلف الأجيال، أشاد رئيس مجلس النواب في كلمته الترحيبية بالمبادرة معبرا عن اعتزازه وكافة أعضاء مجلس النواب بالفنانين المغاربة و"بالدور الكبير الذي يقوم به الفنان المغربي كركيزة من ركائز المجتمع المغربي، وقوة دعم لتماسك المجتمع، وممثل للقيم المغربية الحية، بما يعكس الرأسمال اللامادي للمملكة".
وأعرب المالكي، وفق نفس البلاغ، عن استعداد مجلس النواب المساهمة في الارتقاء بالفن المغربي الأصيل، وتحسين وضعية الفنانين بصفة عامة وفئة الرواد منهم بصفة خاصة، اعترافا بجهودهم في الحفاظ على الهوية المغربية والقيم الثقافية والحضارية للمجتمع المغربي. وأشاد في ذات السياق بقانون "الفنان والمهن الفنية" الذي صادق عليه مجلس النواب بالإجماع سنة 2016، لافتا إلى الحاجة الماسة إلى تفعيل مضامينه وأجرأتها ليكون واقعا حيا في خدمة الفنان المغربي.
وذكر رئيس مجلس النواب بالعناية السامية التي يوليها جلالة الملك للفن والفنانين المغاربة، وبحرص جلالته على ترسيخ المدرسة المغربية الفنية وتعزيز ارتباطها بالجذور الثقافية للمجتمع المغربي، مضيفا أن "الفن مشعل وقدوة للمجتمع، ويمثل إحدى أسس تربية الأجيال المقبلة".
من جهته، أبرز مسعود بوحسين رئيس النقابة الوطنية لمهنيي الفنون الدرامية، يضيف البلاغ، دلالات زيارة الفنانين الرواد للمؤسسة التشريعية، والتي تجسد حسب تعبيره "اعترافا بالجميل للمؤسسة البرلمانية التي صدر فيها قانون الفنان والمهن الفنية، الذي كان عبارة عن مقترح قانون نابع من المؤسسة نفسها، وعرف توافقا كبيرا بين جميع المكونات أغلبية ومعارضة".
كما قدم بوحسين نبذة حول ورش تنزيل المادة 20 من القانون السالف الذكر، والمتعلقة بالحماية الاجتماعية للفنانين، وقال أن "شريحة الرواد لها وضع خاص ونحن منكبون مع كافة الشركاء من أجل توفير نظام للحماية الاجتماعية ملائم لهذه الفئة".
