أصدر القضاء المغربي حكمه بإدانة مواطن سويسري بالسجن عشر سنوات، وذلك بعد متابعته بصك اتهام يتضمن تهمة "تكوين عصابة لارتكاب أعمال إرهابية".
وقد أوقفت المصالح الأمنية المواطن السويسري، البالغ 33 سنة، شهر يناير المنصرم، حيث كشفت تحقيقات أمنية توصله برسالة إلكترونية من مواطن سويسري آخر متابع في قضية مقتل السائحتين الاسكندنافيتين شهر دجنبر من السنة الماضية.
محامي المتهم اعتبر في تصريحات صحافية أن موكله توبع في ملف منفصل عن القضية، واصفا الحكم بالقاسي وغير المنطقي، موردا أن موكله أدين بناء على محاضر الاستماع إليه من قبل الشرطة كتبت بالعربية وهي لغة لا يفهمها ولم يكن بجانبه مترجم.
وتابع: "لقد أوضح أمام قاضي التحقيق أنه دخل في تواصل مع سويسريين يشتبه في صلتهم بتنظيمات متطرفة، بطلب من المخابرات السويسرية، وأنه كان يتلقى أجرا مقابل ذلك".
