كشفت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني في بلاغ أصدرته زوال يوم الأربعاء أن المصلحة الإقليمية للشرطة القضائية بأسفي قد تمكنت من إيقاف قاصرين يبلغان من العمر 17 سنة للإشتباه في تورطهما بمحاولة السرقة بإستخدام العنف، والتي راح ضحيتها شرطي.
وجاء في البلاغ أن موظف الشرطة كان قد وصل إلى المحطة الطرقية بزيه المدني، في أعقاب انتهائه من مهمة رسمية، حيث حاول المشتبه فيهما بمعية أشخاص آخرين تعريضه لسرقة حقيبته اليدوية، التي كانت تضم لوازم وظيفته بما فيها سلاحه الوظيفي، وهو ما اضطره لإشهار هذا السلاح دون استعماله، وذلك لردع المتورطين في محاولة السرقة. ر
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيهما تحت تدبير المراقبة على خلفية البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، من أجل الكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وتوقيف كل المساهمين والمشاركين في محاولة ارتكاب هذا الفعل الإجرامي.
