محاولات اعتداء على عون سلطة في حملات تحرير الملك العام بسيدي ايوب
ظاهرة احتلال الملك العام، من أكثر الآفات التي لم تستطع سلطات مدينة مراكش القطع معها، وايجاد حل لمتعاطيها، بل وصارت تتنامى لتحتل المزيد من المساحات العمومية، وأن تزحف حتى على المشاريع الجديدة المشيدة بالحمراء.
مراكش 7، على غرار منابر اعلامية أخرى، تطرق في العديد من مقالاته السابقة الى خطورة الظاهرة، وما تتسبب فيه من مشاكل عديدة على مستوى مجموعة من الأحياء، وفي كل مرة كانت تعطي المصالح الولائية أوامرها، من أجل شن حملة ضد محتلي الملك العام، لكن سرعان ما يخفت وميض هذا النوع من الحملات، في مقابل تقوي هؤلاء، وازدياد اعدادهم يوما بعد يوم، مما يؤكد على فشل المقاربة التي تعتمدها تلك المصالح في معالجة الظاهرة، حيث تقتصر على محاربتها بوسائل تقليدية دون التفكير في ايجاد حلول لها.
وفي اطار عمليات تحرير الملك العام، نقدم نموذج حومة سيدي ايوب بالمدينة العتيقة مراكش، الذي لا يمكن الحديث معه عن هذا النوع من الحملات، لطالما يحكم عليها بالفشل، بعد لحظات فقط من بدئها، وخاصة من طرف بعض المتعنتين، الذين لا تقهرهم السلطات المحلية ولا قوات المساعدة، بل يلجأون إلى مواجهتهم ومحاولات الاعتداء عليهم.

ومن جانب آخر، فهناك من يستغل ظاهرة احتلال الملك العام، ليتغذى على جيوب الباعة، حيث يتم تقديم مقابل لأشخاص يتداول على أن لهم علاقات مع اعوان في السلطة، وذلك من أجل السناح لهم باحتلال الملك العام، وهنا النماذج كثيرة، ليس على المصالح الولائية، الا ان تنزل الى البؤر التي تشتد فيها ظاهرة احتلال الملك العام، حتى تكتشف ما يحصل في تلك الدوامة.
