عرف إقليم الحوز ومنطقة إمليل السياحية مطلع الشهر الجاري، ارتفاعا في عدد السياح خلال سنة 2018 بنسبة 128 في المائة، حيث سجل الإقليم وصول 28 ألف و643 سائح، مقابل 12 ألف و579 سائح خلال السنة الماضية وذلك حسب أرقام رسمية.
وفيما يخص بالجنسيات التي اختارت زيارة الإقليم، يأتي السياح البريطانيون في المقدمة متبوعين بالسياح الفرنسيين ثم الإسبان في المرتبة الثالثة، إلى جانب ارتفاع نسبة السياح النرويجيين بنسبة 217 في المائة، حيث بلغ عددهم هذه السنة 621 سائح، مقابل 196 سائح في السنة الماضية، إلى جانب السياح الدنمركيين، الذي انتقل عددهم من 374 سنة 2017، إلى 784 خلال هذه السنة.
