أكد المكتب الوطني للسكك الحديدية، أن كل زبون ضبط على متن القطار بدون تذكرة، فإنه يعتبر في وضع غير قانوني، وفي حالة رفض أداء واجب التذكرة فسيكون عليه تأكدية غرامة مالية قد تصل إلى 1000 درهم، وذلك دون أن يكون مقعده مضموناً.

وبعد دخول برنامج "أطلس" حيز التنفيذ، فان الزبون إذا سافر على متن قطار غير القطار المشار إليه في تذكرته، فهو يعتبر أيضا في وضع غير قانوني.

وأكد المكتب الوطني للسكك الحديدية أن الزبون إذا رفض تسوية وضعه على متن قطار، يتم تحرير مخالفة، وإذا دفع ثمن المخالفة في المحطة خلال أقل من 15 يوماً، فسيقوم بدفع ثمن المخالفة بالإضافة إلى رسوم الملف بقيمة 200 درهم، وبعد انقضاء هذه الفترة، يتم إرسال تقرير إلى الإدارة القانونية، إذ يجب أن يدفع ثمن المخالفة بالإضافة إلى رسوم الملف المقدر ب 1000 درهم.
