شلل في محاكم مراكش

 نظم موظفات و موظفي محاكم مراكش و المديرية الفرعية و المراكز التابعة لهما وقفتين احتجاجيتين بكل من محكمة الاستئناف و قصر العدالة كتعبير عن رفضهم للتماطل الذي يعرفه تنزيل الاتفاقات المبرمة بين النقابة المذكورة و وزارة العدل و خصوصا المتعلقة بإخراج مرسومي الساعات الإضافية و الرفع من قيمة الحساب الخاص للسلاليم الدنيا الكفيل بجبر الضرر الواقع على هذه الفئة من الموظفين ، إظافة إلى التسريع بإخراج مبارة الإدماج و بعدد كافي من المناصب لتجاوز وضعية الاحتقان التي يعرفها قطاع العدل.

هذه الوقفة الاحتجاجية، جاءت تلبية لقرار المكتب الوطني للنقابة الديمقراطية للعدل العضو بالفدرالية الديمقراطية للشغل.

و قد تعالت حناجر كاتبات و كتاب الضبط للمطالبة أيضا بضرورة إخراج المدرسة الوطنية لكتابة الضبط لتجاوز حالة التخبط التي يعرفها التكوين الأساسي و التخصصي و التأهيلي ، إظافة  الى اتخاد المبادرات التشريعية لإقرار ترسانة قانونية تكفل لموظفي المحاكم الحماية القانونية عن العمل الذي يقومون به خاصة في مجال تنفيذ الاحكام حتى يتحقق على أرض الواقع مطلب نجاعة  القضاء و جعل أحكامه نافذة في مواجهة الجميع أشخاصا طبيعيين و معنويين .

و قد اعتبر المحتجون أن رفض وزارة المالية لمرسومي الساعات الإضافية و الرفع من قيمة الحساب الخاص هو رفض غير مبرر و لا يتوازى مع مطالب المجلس الأعلى للحسابات بضرورة الرفع من تحصيل الغرامات و الادانات النقدية الموكول تحصيلها لكتاب الضبط، حيث اعتبروا أن وزارة المالية تتعامل معهم بمنطق مزدوج و غير مفهوم من خلال مطالبتهم برفع قيمة التحصيل دون تقديم أي تحفيزات مثل ما هو معمول بالقطاع الذي يديره وزير المالية.

و في الأخير ضرب المحتجون موعدا لحضور أشغال المجلس الوطني الاستثنائي للنقابة الديمقراطية للعدل المقرر عقده يوم السبت 01 دجنبر بالرباط لاتخاد القرارات النضالية المناسبة، حسب بيان للنقابة الديمقراطية للعدل.
