وزارة الاتصال تدعو المواقع الالكترونية التي تشتغل خارج القانون بأن تتلاءم في اقرب الآجال
قالت وزارة الثقافة والاتصال – قطاع الاتصال -، "اٍن الصحف الالكترونية ملزمة بعدم الاستمرار في النشر إلا بعد القيام بالإجراءات المنصوص وتسوية وضعيتها القانونية."
ودعت الوزارة كافة المنابر الالكترونية التي لم تخضع للتدابير الإجرائية الواردة في المادة 21، أنها ملزمة بتنفيذ مقتضيات المادة 24 من القانون المذكور، مع ترتيب جميع الآثار القانونية الواردة في مقتضياته.
وتأتي دعوة الوزارة في سياق تنزيل للمقتضيات القانونية الواردة في القانون 88.13 المتعلق بالصحافة والنشر، ولا سيما تلك المرتبطة بخدمات الصحافة الالكترونية، وحرصها على ضمان شروط ممارسة الصحافة وحماية حقوق الصحفيات والصحفيين والمؤسسات الصحفية، وكذا ضمان وحماية حق المواطنين في إعلام مسؤول ومهني.
كما تؤكد الوزارة على أن حرية خدمات الصحافة الالكترونية مكفولة ومضمونة، وتذكر بمقتضيات القانون القاضية بوجوب التصريح بنشر أي صحيفة إلكترونية داخل الآجال القانونية، وكذا الحصول على شهادة الإيداع، طبقا لمقتضيات الباب الثالث من قانون الصحافة والنشر المتعلق بالتصريح القبلي والبيانات المتعلقة به، حسب بلاغ للوزارة.
