المحسوبية و الزبونية تغضب سكان مولاي براهيم لسبب عدم هدم براكة شخص نافذ
قالت فعاليات جمعوية نشيطة بمنطقة مولاي براهيم، "إن شخصا نافذا في المنطقة رفض هدم "براكة" يستغلها في التجارة بـ"السويقة"، الأمر الذي يستدعي تدخل السلطات المحلية."
وكانت المنطقة قد شهدت مؤخرا حملة واسعة لهدم العشرات من البراريك المتواجدة بمركز الجماعة، تعود لعدد من الأشخاص في وضعية هشة دون تعويضهم، غير أن شخصا نافذا رفض هدم براكته، الأمر الذي لم تتقبله فئة عريضة من أصحاب "البراريك" التي انتابتها شكوك حول علاقة السلطات بالشخص النافذ، حيث كان الأخير قد قاد حملة شرسة ضدهم على أن تشمل الحملة الجميع، وهو ما لم يتم لسبب غض البصر عن النافذ.
ويشار إلى أن أصحاب "البراريك" التي تم هدمها بمنطقة مولاي براهيم، كانوا يعتمدون على هذه البنايات من أجل كسب قوت يومهم، غير أن عدم تعويضهم، زاد ذلك من تأزم وضعيتهم الاجتماعية، ما يستدعي إيجاد حلول واقعية لهذه الفئة التي التمست من عمر التويمي التدخل العاجل.
واعتبرت ذات المصادر أن قرار هدم "البراريك" سيساهم في تثمين هذه المنطقة، وتحسين ظروف عيش ساكنتها، والمحافظة على تراثها العمراني المادي واللامادي، والنهوض بثروتها الثقافية الأصيلة، غير أن عدم تعويض الفئة المتضررة، وعدم ازالة "براكة" الشخص النافذ، يظهر تغول الأخير على قرار المؤسسات، وضعف السلطات المحلية بالمنطقة.
ومن المرتقب أن تتدخل هيئات حقوقية رسمية بجهة مراكش اسفي على خط تشريد اسر بمنطقة مولاي براهيم على خلفية القرار الذي وصف "بغير الناضج"، وتغول شخصيات نافذة.
