العامل بنشيخي يقف على سير عمل وحدات للتعليم الأولي في مناطق نائية بالتوامة و زرقطن


زار رشيد بنشيخي، عامل اٍقليم الحوز، أمس الثلاثاء، دوار "ايت تغزوت" التابع لتراب جماعة التوامة بالإقليم، ودوار "يوكين" التابع لجماعة زرقطن، وذلك للوقوف على سير عمل وحدات للتعليم الأولى، تم افتتاحها بالمنطقة مؤخرا ضمن مشاريع المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية التي صادقت عليها اللجنة الاقليمية.

وتأتي زيارة العامل بنشيخي لهذه المناطق، على هامش زيارات ميدانية قام بها لجماعات التوامة، و تديلي مسفيوة، وزرقطن، للوقوف على سير وحدات التعليم الأولي، وتفقد أحوال التلاميذ المستفيدين من خدمات مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية ( دور الطالب والطالبة )، والانصات الى حاجيات رؤساء الجماعات التربية.

يشار اٍلى أن سلطات الحوز، كانت قد جهزت ست وحدات للتعليم الأولي وتم توفير المؤطرات للعمل بها ابتداء من 29 أبريل الماضي، وذلك تنفيذا لاستراتيجية برنامج الدفع بالتنمية البشرية للأجيال الصاعدة، التابع لـ"INDH"، التي تهدف إلى التصدي بطريقة استباقية للأسباب الرئيسية عن التأخر الحاصل في مجال التنمية البشرية، عبر مواكبة الفرد طيلة مراحل نموه.

كما أن وحدات التعليم الأولي التي استفادت منها عدد من المناطق القروية بالحوز، جاءت  بناء على التشخيص التشاركي الترابي المنجز من طرف اللجان المحلية للتنمية البشرية، التي رصدت مجموعة من الدواوير التي تعرف خصاصا في أقسام التعليم الأولي، حيث تمت المصادقة في مرحلة أولى على تأهيل وتجهيز وتسيير 51 وحدة للتعليم الأولي من أصل 93 وحدة مدرسية.
