إحالة شابين على إستئنافية مراكش بتهمة تكوين عصابة لترويج المخدرات
أحالت عناصر الدرك الملكي لمركز أسني بإقليم الحوز صباح يومه الخميس شابين يبلغان من العمر 29 و30 سنة، (إحالتهما) على محكمة الاستئناف بمدينة مراكش وذلك بتهمة تكوين عصابة مختصة في ترويج المخدرات.
وحسب مصادر موقع مراكش 7، فإن ايقاف المذكورين جاء على خلفية دورية كان يقودها رئيس مركز الدرك الملكي لأسني يوم امس الأربعاء، حيث أثار انتباهه شاب بدت عليه حالة الارتباك لحظة مصادفة الدورية له، وهو الشيء الذي جعل عناصر الدرك تتدخل لتقوم بعملية تفتيشه.
وقالت مصادرنا، على أن عملية تفتيش المعني بالأمر أسفرت عن العثور على كمية مهمة من أقراص الهلوسة بحوزته، حيث كان يعمل على ترويجها لمجموعة من مستهلكيها بالمنطقة.
هذا، وتمكنت عناصر الدرك من الوصول الى مزوده بتلك الحبوب، وذلك بعد بحث اجري مع الموقوف الأول، حيث تمت مداهمة المزود الذي اعترف بكونه قام ببيع كل ما كان بحوزته من أقراص "القرقوبي".
