وقد تم خلال هذه الدورة، التي عرفت حضور عامل إقليم ورزازات، ويوسف حسني، مدير الموارد البشرية بالوزارة الوصية، بالإضافة إلى رؤساء وممثلي الجماعات الترابية، والغرف المهنية وممثلي المصالح الخارجية للوزارات، توقيع اتفاقية اٍطار، بين الوكالة الحضرية، والمدرسة الوطنية للهندسة المعمارية بمراكش، في شخص المديرين، محمد أحرزون، عبد الغني الطيبي، حول صيانة وتثمين التراث المعماري المحلي.
وتهدف الاتفاقية أيضا، اٍلى تقوية القدرات، وتبادل الخبرات الجيدة، في مجالات تأهيل وتثمين التراث المبني والطبيعي، كرافعة للتنمية الثقافية والسياحية.
