وتم تأجيل النظر في هذا اليوم، بناء على تقدم عدد من المحامين بدفوعات شكلية، يطالبون من خلالها بمهلة للإطلاع على ملف القضية، وكذا استدعاء الشهود الذين تم الاستماع إليهم من قبل الضابطة القضائية….
ويتابع في هاته القضية 17 متهما، من بينهم صاحب مقهى الذي وقعت فيه الأحداث، والمتهمين الرئيسيين في ارتكاب هذه الجريمة التي ذهب ضحيتها طالب في كلية الطب، بالإضافة إلى جريحين.
