رئيس مجلس النواب والوفد النيابي المرافق له يجري مباحثات برلمانية هامة بجمهورية الصين الشعبية


أجرى راشيد الطالبي العلمي رئيس مجلس النواب والوفد النيابي رفيع المستوى يمثل فرق الأغلبية والمعارضة، يوم الخميس 16 ماي 2024 بالصين، مباحثات مع تشاو لجي  Leji Zhao  رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للمجلس الوطني لنواب الشعب الصيني، وكذا مع السيد وانغ هونينغ  Wang Yang رئيس اللجنة الوطنية للمؤتمر الاستشاري السياسي للشعب الصيني.

وبالإضافة إلى رئيس مجلس النواب، يضم الوفد النيابي المغربي كلا من محمد شوكي رئيس فريق التجمع الوطني للأحرار، أحمد تويزي رئيس فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، عبد الرحيم شهيد رئيس الفريق الاشتراكي – المعارضة الاتحادية، رشيد حموني رئيس فريق التقدم والاشتراكية، النائب حسن بنعمر.

وشكل اللقاءان اللذان حضرهما سفير صاحب الجلالة بجمهورية الصين الشعبية عبد القادر الأنصاري، مناسبة ثمن خلالها كل من تشاو لجي Leji Zhao  رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للمجلس الوطني لنواب الشعب الصيني، والسيد وانغ هونينغ Wang Yang رئيس اللجنة الوطنية للمؤتمر الاستشاري السياسي للشعب الصيني وراشيد الطالبي العلمي رئيس مجلس النواب المغربي، أوراش التنمية التي يعرفها المغرب والصين في مختلف المجالات تحت القيادة الرشيدة لقائدي البلدين والطفرة النوعية  التي شهدها  التعاون  المغربي-الصيني منذ الزيارة التاريخية التي قام بها جلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله للصين في ماي سنة 2016، والمباحثات التي أجراها جلالته مع فخامة رئيس جمهورية الصين الشعبية  » شي جينبينغ »، والتي توجت بالتوقيع على الإعلان المشترك المتعلق بإقامة شراكة استراتيجية بين البلدين.

وأعرب راشيد الطالبي العلمي والوفد النيابي المرافق، عن شكره وسعادته على الدعوة لزيارة جمهورية الصين الشعبية مما يعكس عمق ومتانة العلاقات بين البلدين. وأوضح راشيد الطالبي العلمي والوفد المرافق، أن الزيارة تدخل في إطار ترسيخ رؤية قائدي البلدين، وتعزيز الصداقة المغربية الصينية والدفع بالتعاون بينهما في كافة المجالات وخاصة على المستوى البرلماني.

من جهته رحب الجانب الصيني، برئيس مجلس النواب والوفد النيابي المرافق، وأكد أن البلدين من الدول القليلة في العالم  التي لديها حضارة وثقافة  تمتد لآلاف السنين، كما  لديهما مصالح مشتركة ويتقاسمان ذات القيم المرتبطة بإقامة علاقات دولية مبنية على السلم والأمن، واحترام سيادة الدول ووحدتها الترابية وعدم التدخل في شؤونها الداخلية، وتسخير إمكانيات الشعوب من أجل التنمية والازدهار في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والتبادل طلابي،  ومد الجسور على المستوى السياحي بالنظر للمؤهلات التي تتوفر عليها المملكة المغربية، وبفضل  القرار المتبصر لجلالة الملك بإعفاء المواطنين الصينيين من التأشيرة الدخول المغرب.

كما تطرق الجانبان لعدد من القضايا والمواضيع ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وبحثا سبل توطيد العلاقات البرلمانية بين المؤسستين التشريعيتين في إطار مذكرة التفاهم التي تم التوقيع عليها سنة 2021، كما أعربا عن الإرادة القوية لتعزيز التعاون والتشاور البرلماني بين المؤسستين التشريعيتين وتقوية مجموعتي الصداقة البرلمانية بالبلدين.

كما أجرى الوفد النيابي المغربي برئاسة راشيد الطالبي العلمي، في إطار هده الزيارة لقاءا مع كل من  وانغ شياو هوي أمين لجنة الحزب الشيوعي الصيني بمقاطعة سيتشوان رئيس اللجنة الدائمة لمجلس نواب الشعب بالمقاطعة، ومع تشاو بي ده أمين لجنة الحزب الشيوعي الصيني بمقاطعة شنسي رئيس اللجنة الدائمة لمجلس نواب الشعب بالمقاطعة،  تم التباحث خلال اللقاءين  بالخصوص حول العلاقات التاريخية المتينة بين المغرب والصين وآفاق تعزيزها لخدمة التنمية والمصالح المشتركة للبلدين وكذا تبادل التجارب وتقاسم الخبرات في المجالات ذات الانشغال المشترك.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه بدعوة من رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للمجلس الوطني بجمهورية الصين الشعبية، يقوم وفد نيابي من الأغلبية والمعارضة برئاسة رشيد الطالبي العلمي رئيس مجلس النواب، بزيارة عمل إلى جمهورية الصين الشعبية، وذلك بهدف تعزيز العلاقات البرلمانية الثنائية المغربية –الصينية وكذا التنسيق في مختلف المحافل البرلمانية الدولية، ومد جسور الحوار والتواصل البرلماني الدائم بين المؤسستين التشريعيتين خاصة في القضايا ذات الانشغال المشترك.

وكان رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للمجلس الوطني لنواب الشعب الصيني السيد LEJI ZHAOK، قد قام  بزيارة رسمية للمملكة المغربية، شهر ماي 2023، على رأس وفد رفيع المستوى، وذلك بدعوة من رئيس مجلس النواب بالمملكة المغربية.
