حملة ضد مروجي مخدر « البوفا » تقود الى ايقاف 282 شخصا
كشف وزير الداخلية، عبد الوافي لفتيت، تفاصيل التدخلات الأمنية في محاربة مخدر “البوفا”، الذي أصبح الإدمان عليه يعرف انتشارا سريعا في صفوف الشباب.
وأبرز لفتيت، في جواب على سؤال كتابي للفريق الحركي بمجلس النواب، أنه خلال الفترة الممتدة من فاتح يناير 2020 إلى متم شهر ماي 2023، تم تسجيل 200 قضية تتعلق بمخدر “البوفا”؛ مشيرا إلى أن تسجيل جميع هذه القضايا تم خارج المؤسسات التعليمية.
وأوضح الوزير، أنه تم بموجب القضايا السالفة الذكر حجز حوالي 3 كيلوغرامات من مخدر “البوفا”، وإيقاف 282 شخصا تمت إحالتهم على العدالة.
ومخدر “البوفا” أو “الكراك”، المسمى أيضا “كوكايين ومخدر الفقراء”، عبارة عن بقايا مخدر الكوكايين التي يتم طهيها على نار هادئة مع مواد كيميائية من بينها الأمونياك لتتحول إلى مادة شبيهة ببلورات الكريستال، ويتم استهلاك هذا المخدر عن طريق الاستنشاق أو التدخين، ويتراوح ثمنه ما بين 50 و60 درهما للغرام الواحد.
وتطرق وزير الداخلية في الجواب ذاته للمعالجة الأمنية للجرائم المتعلقة بالمخدرات لا سيما بمحاذات المؤسسات التعليمية والتكوينية، والمتمثلة في تقليص العرض من خلال تعزيز المراقبة على مستوى المناطق الحدودية وكذا المراقبة الطرقية لمحاربة الترويج، وتقليص العرض عبر حملات تطهيرية وتشديد المراقبة على الأماكن العمومية التي يرتادها الشباب والقاصرون.
وتشمل المعالجة كذلك، وفق الوزير، الجانب التحسيسي من خلال التنبيه إلى مخاطر تعاطي المخدرات والإدمان عليها، خاصة في صفوف التلاميذ، حيث بلغ عدد المستفيدين من هذه الحملات ما مجموعه 713 ألفا و782 متمدرسا، خلال الموسم الدراسي 2022/2023، من خلال استهداف 8 آلاف و675 مؤسسة تعليمية، وبمشاركة 2971 جمعية.
وخلص المصدر ذاته إلى أن التدخلات الأمنية بمحيط وجنبات المؤسسات التعليمية خلال الموسم الدراسي المذكور أسفرت عن معالجة ما مجموعه 3 آلاف و870 قضية، تم على إثرها إيقاف 4 آلاف و286 مشتبها به.
