محامية حكيمي: موكلي تعرض للابتزاز والمدعية رفضت الفحص الطبي

ردت فاني كولين، محامية الدولي المغربي أشرف حكيمي، على الاتهام الموجه إلى موكلها باغتصاب فتاة تبلغ من العمر 24 سنة، مؤكدة أن لاعب باريس سان جيرمان ينفي ذلك “بشدة”، وأنه “لن يتحدث إلا في المحكمة”.
وأكدت محامية الدولي المغربي اشرف حكيمي، على أن المدعية رفضت الخضوع لأي فحص طبي أو نفسي، كما رفضت مواجهة اللاعب، علماً أن القضية أو الاتهام اليوم لا يستند إلى على “ادعاءاتها”، بحسب ما نقلت صحيفة “ليكيب” الفرنسية اليوم الجمعة.
إلى ذلك، أوضحت أن توجيه الاتهام من قبل المدعي العام الفرنسي اليوم، يعد اجراء طبيعيا وروتينيا، يتبع عادة جلسات الاستجواب في مثل تلك القضايا الجنائية، مضيفة أن هذا الاجراء يفتح الأبواب أمام حكيمي للدفاع عن نفسه.
وأوضحت المحامية قائلة أن: “إجراء الاتهام الذي أعقب هذه الجلسة (مع المحققين) أمر لا بد منه بالنسبة لأي شخص أصبح موضوع اتهام بالاغتصاب، وهذا سيتيح لحكيمي أخيرًا إمكانية الدفاع عن نفسه”.
وتابعت في بيان أرسلته لصحيفة “ليكيب” الفرنسية: “بعد ساعات قليلة من الاستماع إليها، أتذكر أن الفتاة رفضت تقديم شكوى، ورفضت الخضوع لأي فحص طبي أو نفسي، كما رفضت المواجهة مع أشرف حكيمي”.
ثم اختتمت المحامية بيانها مؤكدة: “في رأيي، يتبين من خلال الوثائق التي بحوزة النيابة العامة أن أشرف حكيمي تعرض لمحاولة ابتزاز في هذه القضية”.
