متابعة سيدة بالمحاميد لتحريض ابنتها على اتهام والدها باغتصابها


 

كشف مصدر مطلع لموقع "مراكش7"، أن مصلحة الشرطة القضائية بولاية أمن مراكش، قد أحالت على العدالة سيدة بتنسيق مع النيابة العامة في حالة سراح، بتهمة الوشاية الكاذبة، بعدما اتهمت زوجها بإغتصاب ابنته.

 

وحسب ذات المصدر، فقد كشف التحقيق الذي فتحته مصلحة الشرطة القضائية، أن ما جاء في تصريحات الطفلة وشقيقها بخصوص اتهامها لوالدها بهتك عرضها لا أساس لها من الصحة، حيث تراجعا عن أقوالهما، فيما والدتهما هي الأخرى تراجعت عن اتهامها لزوجها، إذ أكدت أنها حرضت ابنيها على الادلاء بتصريحات كاذبة لتوريط زوجها، انتقاما منه على المعاملة السيئة لها.

 

ويشار أن موقع "مراكش7" سبق وأن نشر مقالا بخصوص الموضوع، بعد التوصل بشكاية من الزوجة، قبل أن يتبين بأن ما جاء على لسان الأخيرة مجرد اتهامات كاذبة، حيث تم تقديمها على أنظار العدالة لمتابعتها بتهمة تقديم وشاية كاذبة.
