أكدت عواطف أتريعي رئيسة الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الانسان فرع المنارة، أن الجمعية توصلت بشكاية من طرف والد طفلة حول محاولة اغتصاب الأخيرة وممارس العنف الجنسي في حقها، من طرف شاب عشريني وذلك على مستوى منطقة سيدي بوعثمان بإقليم الرحامنة.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى الساعة الثانية من صباح السبت 26 شتنبر الماضي، حيث تم ضبط المدعو (ع.ع) من طرف جدة الطفلة وهو مدسوس في فراش الأخيرة البالغة من العمر 12 سنة، حيث حاول خلع سروالها، إلا أن صراخ الجدة جعل المعني بالأمر يفر بسرعة بعد ان ارتدى سراوله.
وطالبت الجمعية بفتح تحقيق في ظروف وملابسات هاته الواقعة، وكذا ترتيب الجزاءات القانونية اللازمة ضمانا لقواعد العدل والإنصاف.
