انطلاق الحوار الليبي ببوزنيقة

كما يأتي بعد أسابيع من زيارة الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام ورئيسة بعثة الأمم المتحدة للدعم في ليبيا بالنيابة، ستيفاني ويليامز، إلى المغرب في إطار المشاورات التي تقودها مع مختلف الأطراف الليبية وكذا مع الشركاء الإقليميين والدوليين بغية إيجاد حل للأزمة الليبية.
