نجح فريق طبي وتمريضي في إجراء عملية قيصرية عن طريق عنق الرحم لسيدة عمرها 36 سنة، أم لطفلين، بعد أن أحالها فريق مستشفى القرب بوطاط الحاج على مستشفى المسيرة الخضراء بميسور إقليم بولمان.
وحسب بلاغ صحفي لوزارة الصحة، فبعد إجراء الفحوصات اللازمة تبين للفريق الطبي والتمريضي، المشرف على حالة هاته السيدة، ضرورة إجراء العملية القيصرية بتقنية جراحة عنق الرحم، بوجه السرعة، وذلك تفاديا لمضاعفات إن على مستوى تخثر الدم أو على مستوى استئصال الجنين وكذا الورم الدموي الموجود على مستوى المشيمة.
واضاف البلاغ، ان هذه العملية القيصرية أجريت بنجاح وتعد الأولى من نوعها على مستوى المراكز الاستشفائية الإقليمية، وذلك بعد أن تأكد للفريق الطبي والتمريضي المعالج أن الوضع الصحي للأم مستقر ومطمئن.
وأشار البلاغ، أن إجراء مثل هاته العمليات النوعية والدقيقة بالمستشفيات الإقليمية يرجع بالأساس إلى استراتيجية وزارة الصحة التي تهدف إلى تأهيل المستشفيات المحلية والإقليمية بالتجهيزات البيوطبية ودعمها بالموارد البشرية الكفأة، وذلك بغرض ضمان خدمات علاجية واستشفائية في مستوى انتظارات الساكنة وتخفيف العبء على المستشفيات الجهوية والجامعية.
