ناصر بوريطة: القرار الأمريكي مكسب كبير للمملكة المغربية وجاء بتدخّل من جلالة الملك
كشف وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، ناصر بوريطة، الموقف الأمريكي بالاعتراف بسيادة المغرب على الصحراء المغربية، جاء نتيجة اتصالات متواصلة بين جلالة الملك والإدارة الأمريكية منذ أكثر من سنتين للتنسيق حول الموضوع.
وتابع بوريطة في تصريح لقناة الجزيرة أن القرار الأمريكي مكسب كبير للمملكة المغربية، وجاء بتدخّل من جلالة الملك.
وأشار المسؤول المغربي أنّ القرار الذي أصدره الرئيس الأمريكي، مهمٌّ على أربعة مستويات؛ المستوى الأول، أن الأمر يتعلق بقوّة عظمى وعضو دائم بمجلس الأمن وبفاعل أساسي على المستوى العالمي والإقليمي.
ثانياً من حيث الشكل، يتعلق بمرسوم رئاسي يحمل قوّةً قانونيةً، بالإضافة إلى قوّته السياسية. وثالثاً، من حيث المحتوى، يؤكّد اعتراف الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بسيادة المغرب الكاملة على كل تراب صحرائه، ويؤكّد أن الولايات المتحدة ستفتح قنصلية لها بمدينة الداخلة المغربية، يورد بوريطة.
وشدد بوريطة أنّ الاعتراف الأمريكي، لأول مرة “يشكل تحولاً أساسياً في هذا الملف، ويأتي في سياق الدينامية التي عرفتها السنوات الأخيرة بقيادة جلالة الملك لتعزيز مغربية الصحراء
