محكمة الاستئناف بمراكش تبرئ صاحب مصحة الشفاء في قضية انهيار ورش بناء توسعة المصحة
قضت محكمة الاستئناف بمراكش، في جلستها ليوم أمس الأربعاء، ببراءة الدكتور البشير الشجعي، صاحب مصحة الشفاء، من التهم الموجهة إليه في قضية انهيار ورش بناء توسعة المصحة منذ أزيد منذ سنتين.
وعلم موقع « مراكش 7 » من إدارة المصحة أن المحكمة أصدرت أحكاما أخرى بالسجن في حق بعض الأشخاص الذين تبث تورطهم في الواقعة، وهو ما اعتبرته حكما ينم عن نزاهة القضاء في المملكة المغربية وانصافا للدكتور البشير الشجعي الذي يزاول المهنة منذ ما يزيد عن أربعين سنة، كما خلف الحكم ارتياحا في صفوف العاملين في المصحة الذين يتجاوز عددهم 120 شخصا.
وتعود فصول الواقعة إلى يوم 11 شتتبر 2020، بعد انهيار ورش بناء مرخص متعلق بتوسعة مصحة الشفاء الخاصة، الكائنة بزنقة سوريا بالحي الشتوي بمراكش، خلفت وفاة ثلاثة أشخاص.
