الموقوف المشتبه فيه الرئيسي ومن خلال البحت الأولي ثبتت في حقه قرائن ارتكابه لهذه الأفعال الإجرامية، وكذا تعرف المستخدمين بالمحل التجاري موضوع محاولة السرقة الموصوفة عليه و على دراجته النارية المحجوزة .
هذا وقد أسدت النيابة العامة تعليماتها بوضع المشتبه فيه الرئيسي تحت تدابير الحراسة النظرية وتحرير مذكرة بحث في حق مشاركه المتواجد في حالة فرار مع تقديم الموقوف الثاني في حالة سراح، كما أن البحث لا زال جاريا في أفق تحديد جميع ملابسات هذا الفعل الإجرامي.
