يؤطر عالم النباتات الأمريكي دين جي كيلش، ندوة حول موضوع » تطور حدائق الصبار في كاليفورنيا »، سيحتضنها متحف « إيف سان لوران » بمدينة مراكش، يوم 7 ماي المقبل، في إطار سلسلة الندوات المخصصة لعلم النباتات، احتفالا بالذكرى المائوية لتأسيس حدائق ماجوريل.
ويشغل دين جي كيلش حاليا منصب مدير البرامج البيئية في السلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالتغذية والفلاحة بولاية كاليفورنيا، بالإضافة إلى أنه باحث مشارك بجامعة كاليفورنيا في بيركلي، وقد كتب مقالا بعنوان “الصبار: المشهد المتطور لعائلة نباتية مميزة”.
وحصل كيلش على الدكتوراه في علم النباتات من جامعة كاليفورنيا في ديفيس سنة 1996، وعمل مديرا لـ “Ruth Bancro & Garden & Nursery” بوالنت كريك في كاليفورنيا، بالإضافة إلى كونه باحثا ومحاضرا في جامعة كاليفورنيا.
