وأكد مشتكون أن هذا السلوك المخالف للقانون الذي يقوم به بعض السكان، دون موجب حق، يسبب عرقلة لعملية السير ويشكل خطرا على حياة المارة ومستعملي الطريق.
وسبق أن قدم بعض السكان المتضررين عدة شكايات للسلطات المحلية من أجل التدخل لوقف هذه الفوضى، لكن دون أن يتم التجاوب مع مطلبهم إلى حدود الساعة، وهو ما ساهم في انتشار هذه المظاهر بشكل أكبر.
