أثار البرلماني صاحب (هش بش )عبد النبي العيدودي، عن حزب الحركة الشعبية، موضوع تضارب المصالح في مناصب المسؤوليات، متسائلا باستغراب « تضارب المصالح حلال على زيد وحرام على عمر »، وهو يخاطب رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للنزاهة والوقاية من الرشوة محمد بشير الراشدي.
واستغرب العيدودي، في مداخلة له في اجتماع مجموعة العمل الموضوعاتية المكلفة بتقييم الخطة الوطنية لإصلاح الإدارة 2018-2021، صباح أمس الخميس، كيف يُمكن تطبيق هذه القاعدة، في ظاهرة تقول الهيئة إنها تريد محاربتها.
العيدودي ذهب أبعد من المثال الذي ضربه بمنتخبين يملكون محال تجارية، إذ أورد مثال رئيس الحكومة عزيز أخنوش، الذي قال إنه بعدما تولى الرئاسة منح مهمة إدارة شركاته إلى ابنته.
وتساءل بأي منطق يُحارب تضارب المصالح بين المنتخبين.
في رده، لم يشأ الراشدي إثارة مثال رئيس الحكومة، إذ لمح إلى الأمر وهو يقول إن هناك مصالح أصلية انطلاق من وضع المسؤول، ومصالح تأتي انطلاق من الممارسة.
وتفاعل مع أمثلة المنتخبين الذين يملكون محال وأعمال تجارية، قائلا إن تضارب المصالح صعب تحديده بدقة، لكن الهيئة وضعت منهجية دقيقة تبدأ بتشخيص وطني ودولي لبلورة آراء ملائمة مع الاتفاقيات الدولية و القوانين والتشريعات الوطنية. و اقر بان من يجد نفسه في وضعية تضارب المصالح عليه ان يترك المكان لغيره او يستقل .
