« حملة « رفاق الغلوسي » لتجريم الإثراء غير المشروع في المغرب: عريضة تطالب بتشديد القوانين وسط دعم واسع من النشطاء »
أطلقت الجمعية المغربية لحماية المال العام، مؤخرا، عريضة إلكترونية، موجهة إلى رئيس الحكومة عزيز أخنوش، للمطالبة بتجريم الإثراء غير المشروع.
وذكرت العريضة بمصادقة المغرب، في وقت سابق، على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، وهي الاتفاقية التي نشرت بالجريدة الرسمية.
ونبهت العريضة رئيس الحكومة بأنه من ضمن بنود هذه الاتفاقية ما يتعلق بضرورة اتخاد الدول لتدابير قانونية لتجريم الاثراء غير المشروع (المادة 20 من الاتفاقية).
واعتبرت العربضة أن هذه المصادقة تضع التزامات على المغرب “يتوجب عليها الوفاء بها”، مطالبة أخنوش بضرورة تجريم الإثراء غير المشروع “لما يشكله ذلك من أهمية في مكافحة الفساد والرشوة”.
ويذكر أنه خلال فبراير الماضي، احتج عشرات النشطاء والحقوقيين، أمام قبة البرلمان بالرباط، للمطالبة بتجريم الإثرء غير المشروع، معتبرين هذه الخطوة “مدخلا أساسيا لمكافحة الفساد والأجراء غير المشروع.
