حقوقيون يطالبون الوالي لحلو بفتح تحقيق حول شبهة الشطط في إستعمال السلطة بسعادة
راسلت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان فرع المنارة مراكش أمس الاثنين والي الجهة كريم قسي لحلو، حيث طالبته بفتح تحقيق في الشبهة المتعلقة بالشطط في استعمال السلطة بجماعة سعادة التابعة لعمالة مراكش.
وأفادت الجمعية الحقوقية بوجود احتقان بدوار أولاد الكرم التابع لجماعة سعادة في الأيام الأخيرة، وذلك بسبب الإجراءات العقابية التي اتخذتها السلطة المحلية بقيادة السعادة، بعد رفضها تمكين المواطنين من الشواهد الإدارية، مشيرة أن السلطات دخلت مع المتضررين في أساليب المساومة مقابل تسلميهم أوراقهم الإدارية، وذلك بسحب أسماءهم وتوقيعاتهم من الشكاية التي وجهت للجهات المختصة للبث فيها.
واعتبرت الجمعية أن الشطط باستعمال السلطة، انكارا للقانون وسلطانه وانتهاكا صارخا لكرامة الإنسان وحقوقه المكفولة بموجب القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والمنصوص في دستور البلاد، ومسا صارخا بشروط العمل وممارسة المهام المكفولة حسب المقتضيات القانونية المعمول بها.
وناشدت الجمعية والي الجهة بفتح تحقيق إداري، لتحديد المسؤوليات وترتيب الجزاءات القانونية الضرورية حرصا على احترام حق الساكنة و كرامتها، و تماشيا وقواعد العدل والإنصاف ووضع حد لكل الممارسات المؤدية للشطط بإستعمال السلطة.
