أطلقت الوكالة الجهوية لتنفيذ المشاريع لجهة مراكش آسفي دعوة لتقديم عروض تتعلق بتطوير القطب الصناعي لمراكش بغلاف مالي يقارب 107 ملايين درهم.
وتغطي مساحة المشروع ما مجموعه 40 هكتارا منها 0.5 هكتار مخصصة لمنطقة الخدمة، ويمكن الوصول إليه عبر الطريق الرابط بين الطريق السيار ومدينة تامنصورت.
ويتكون هذا المشروع من 76 قطعة أرض صناعية مؤجرة، و 10 قطع خدمات، و STEP مع حوض لاستعادة المياه المعالجة، ومجمع نفايات، بالإضافة إلى حوض للرياح والتصفية ومساحات خضراء.
