ايفاد لجنة وزارية الى مركز حماية الطفولة بمراكش بعد احداث شغب نزلائه

أفاد مصدر مطلع لموقع « مراكش7″، أن وزارة الشباب والثقافة والتواصل، قد قامت نهاية الأسبوع المنصرم بايفاد لجنة الى مركز حماية الطفولة بمراكش، وذلك على خلفية الأحداث التي شهدها مؤخرا بعد احتجاج النزلاء واحداثهم لاحداث شغب، عقب اعتقال مديرة المركز.
وقامت اللجنة حسب المعطيات الواردة، على اعداد تقرير مفصل عن الاحداث التي شهدها المركز، إضافة إلى التفاصيل المتعلقة بواقعة اعتداء المديرة على احدى النزيلات، والتي قادت إلى اعتقالها، وذلك في انتظار اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في الواقعة من طرف الوزارة الوصية.
وكان قاضي التحقيق لدى محكمة الاستئناف بمراكش، قد قرر مساء يوم الثلاثاء الماضي، متابعة مديرة مركز حماية الطفولة بمراكش في حالة اعتقال، حيث تم ايداعها بسجن الاوداية، وذلك على خلفية متابعتها في قضية الاعتداء على نزيلة بالمركز.
وقد تمت إحالة المشتبه فيها على الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف، بعد انتهاء البحث الذي أجرته الشرطة القضائية، والذي قام بدوره على إحالتها على السيد قاضي التحقيق بذات المحكمة، الذي قرر وضعها رهن الاعتقال الاحتياطي، في انتظار التحقيق التفصيلي .
