أكد الدكتور السعيد عمار رئيس جمعية رجال ونساء الصحراء المغربية ، أن النهوض بتنمية الأقاليم الجنوبية، وترسيخ مغربيتها على الصعيد الدولي، يمر عن طريق تأهيل المواطن الصحراوي المغربي وضمان استفادته من مؤهلات مجاله الترابي من جهة، واستثمار هذه المؤهلات لكي تعود بالنفع على أفريقيا الأطلسية وعلى دول الساحل فأداء الديبلوماسية المغربية التي حصدت مواقف متزايدة داعمة لمخطط الحكم الذاتي، وأخرى لمغربية الصحراء يزيد من تكريس سيادة المملكة على أراضيها عالميا، ويمكن من التصدي لمناورات الخصوم حيث اعترفت العديد من الدول بمغربية الصحراء وعبرت دول أخرى كثيرة وفاعلة بأن مبادرة الحكم الذاتي هي الحل الوحيد لتسوية هذا النزاع الإقليمي المفتعل.
فالخطاب الملكي يضيف السعيد عمار خطاب الثقة في مشروعية الحق المغربي، وفي مقترح الحكم الذاتي للأقاليم الجنوبية المغربية الذي يحظى بإجماع المنتظم الدولي كحل مثالي ووحيد لوضع حد لنزاع مفتعل يدرك الجميع خلفياته ،فالملك محمد السادس أكد أن قيم التضامن والتعاون والانفتاح التي تميز المغرب مكنت من تعزيز دوره ومكانته كفاعل رئيسي، وشريك اقتصادي وسياسي موثوق وذي مصداقية، على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي، وخاصة مع الدول العربية والإفريقية الشقيقة، فحديث الملك عن الدعم الدولي المتواصل لمبادرة الحكم الذاتي في الأقاليم الجنوبية، له دلالة مهمة، خاصة مع ربطه بالبعد الاقتصادي، لأن إقرار هذا المخطط لحل هذا النزاع المفتعل سيوسع من نطاق التكامل الاقتصادي وطنيا وإقليميا ودوليا.
