ويتكون هذا المركز، الذي سيبلغ عدد المستفيدين من خدماته 30 مصابا بالقصور الكلوي، من قاعة للاستقبال والاستراحة، وقاعة للعلاج وتصفية الدم، و أخرى لمعالجة المياه، إضافة إلى مكتب مخصص للفحص، إلى جانب المرافق الصحية.
ويأتي مركز تصفية الدم “أمل مريغة”، الذي يعد نتاج التقائية جهود عدة فاعلين، ممثلين في المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية، ومؤسسة “أمل” ووزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، في إطار تكريس الأدوار الاجتماعية للأطراف المعنية، وفي اتساق مع مسؤولياتها المجتمعية التي تولي أولوية قصوى لقطاع الصحة، خصوصا بالعالم القروي، لما لذلك من وقع إيجابي على الساكنة، خاصة في ظل الوضع الصحي الراهن الذي تفرضه جائحة كورونا.
وقال رئيس مؤسسة أمل لمرضى القصور الكلوي والأعمال الاجتماعية، مصطفى فوزي، إن “الأمر يتعلق بالمركز الثالث والعشرين على الصعيد الوطني الذي يقدم خدمات مماثلة”، مشيرا إلى السياق الاستثنائي الناجم عن تفشي فيروس كورونا، والذي “يصعّب الولوج إلى الخدمات العلاجية”.
وأشار السيد فوزي، في تصريح لقناة (M24) الإخبارية التابعة لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء، إلى خصوصية هذا المركز الذي “يوطن مجالا جغرافيا قرويا، ومنطقة جبلية بامتياز، تفتقر لهذا الصنف من الخدمات”، مضيفا أن المركز هو الرابع في جهة مراكس- آسفي، بعد مراكز سيدي يوسف بن علي، وإمنتانوت، وسيدي عمارة.
وسجل الحاجة إلى تقريب خدمات تصفية الدم بشكل أكبر، للتخفيف من معاناة المصابين، قبل وبعد حصص تصفية الدم، منوها بدعم المبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية في هذا الباب.
